To make Basil Sauce with Pasta for 4 you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | | CLOVE Garlic | | 2 | | SPRIGS Parsley; Chopped | | 2 | tablespoons | Chopped Basil | | 2 | tablespoons | Butter | | 1 | ounce | Cream Cheese | | 1 | ounce | Blue Cheese | | 2 | fl oz | olive-oil | | 2 | tablespoons | Parmesan Cheese | | | Salt And Pepper | | | |
Instructions
Mince the garlic and add it to the basil and parsley.
Mash up the butter, cream cheese and blue cheese and add to the , parmesan
cheese, olive oil msalt and pepper.
Mix this well with the garlic mixture and pour over hot pasta for lovely
pasta with basil sauce.
