To make basil 1 puree you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | bunch | Basil, washed, stemmed | | 6 | fl oz | olive-oil |
Instructions
Puree the basil with the olive oil and refigerate. The length of time
the basil is on the oiul helps to diffuse the flavour into the oil.
However After two weeks the fresh basil will start to lose its flaovour.
Dont keep yoiur basil puree for more than six weeks.
