To make basil pesto suace over pasta for 6 yopu will need
Ingredients
| 12 | ounces | Linguine | | 6 1/2 | oz | chopped-basil | | 2 3/4 | fl oz | chicken-stock | | 2 | tablespoons | roasted pine nuts | | 2 | tablespoons | Parmesan chees | | 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil | | 1 | teaspoon | Crushed garlic |
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until slightly firm to the bite.
The place the pasta in a serving bowl.
2. Puree the basil, stock , pine nuts, cheese, oil and garlic until in a fiiod mixer.
Pour the mix over the pata and toss.
