Basil Parmesan Biscuits Recipe

To make 12 basil parmesan biscuits youi will need
Ingredients
| 8 1/2 | oz | unbleached-flour | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Basil | | 2 | tablespoons | Fat-free Parmesan cheese | | 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil | | 16 | fl oz | plain-yogurt | | 1 | tablespoon | Skim milk -- at room | | | Temperature | | 2 | tablespoons | Fat-free Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cheese in a mixing bowl.
In a second bowl, mix oil, yogurt, and milk.
Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until
moistened.
Place the dough on well floured surface and using a lightly floured
rolling pin, roll out the dough until 1/2" thick.
Cut out your biscuite shapes.
Place the basil patmesan biscuits on unprepared baking sheet, spacing 1" apart. Sprinkle with
remaining 2 teaspoons cheese and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
This will make 12 basil parmesan biscuits.
