Basil Mayonnaise Recipe

To make 1 cup of Basil Mayonnaise you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | | Egg | | | Juice of one lemon | | 1 | teaspoon | Mustard | | 1 3/4 | oz | chopped-basil | | 1 | teaspoon | minced-garlic | | 2 | tablespoons | chopped-green-onions | | | Salt and black pepper | | 8 | fl oz | Olive oil |
Instructions
Mix the ingredients together In a food processor, except for the
olive oil. Puree the mixture for 15 minutes. Solowly add the olivce oil while
the processor is running. Cotinue mixing until the basil mayonnaise
is thick and then season to taste with salt and pepper.
When the basil mayonnaise is thick enough remove it from the processor and
and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
