Barley Honey Muffins Recipe

To make Barley Honey Muffins you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Barley flour | | 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | | 1/4 | cups | Canned milk | | 2 | tablespoons | Oil | | 2 | tablespoons | Honey | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 2 | | Eggs | | 1/2 | cups | Brown sugar |
Instructions
Combine milk, oil, honey and vanilla. Add beaten eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Mixture will have consisitency
of cookie dough. Place into greased muffin tins. Bake 400 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 .
