Barley Casserole Recipe

To make Barley Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Pearl barley; rinsed | | 1/4 | cups | Butter | | 1 | medium | Onion; chopped | | 1 | can | (10 oz.) mushroom pieces; drained | | 1 | | Envelope French onion soup mix | | 3 | cups | Chicken broth |
Instructions

Melt butter in frying pan. Add onions and barley. Cook until onions are
transparent and barley is browned. Add chicken broth, mushrooms and onion
soup mix. Bring to a boil. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at
350 F for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes.
