To make Baked Pureed Carrots you will need

Ingredients

6 Carrots
1 cup Water
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cups Margarine or butter
1/2 cups Brown sugar

Instructions

Cook carrots with water and margarine until done, puree in blender until
thick. Add brown sugar and bake in oven on 300 for 45 minutes.
