To make Baked Halibut with Herbed Dressing and Egg Mustard Sauce you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Dried bread crumbs | | 1/4 | cups | Chopped parsley | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Sage | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Rosemary | | 1/4 | cups | Butter | | 1/2 | cups | Chopped onion | | 3/4 | cups | Chopped celery | | 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar | | 2 | tablespoons | Water | | | EGG MUSTARD SAUCE | | 2 | slices | Lean bacon | | 1 | | Thick halibut steak (2 lb) |
Instructions
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, sage & rosemary: set
aside. Melt butter; add onion & celery, sauteeing until tender. Add
vinegar & water; heat. Pour liquid over bread crumbs & toss lightly.
Place mixture in bottom of greased baking dish; place fish on
dressing & top with bacon. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 40
minutes. Serve with Egg Mustard Sauce.
