Baked Fresh Fish Recipe

 
 


To make Baked Fresh Fish you will need

Ingredients

Cooking oil
1 pound Fish filets
Crazy Jane salt
Black pepper; freshly ground
Dill weed; crushed
Butter
SAUCE
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Tarragon
2 teaspoons Capers with juice
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Spray or brush cookie sheet with cooking oil. Place filets on greased

surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter. Bake
at 375ΓΈ for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes or until
fish is flaky. To make sauce melt the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon
juice together. Serve sauce over warm fish. Yield: 4 servings.
