To make Baked Fresh Fish you will need
Ingredients
| | Cooking oil | | 1 | pound | Fish filets | | | Crazy Jane salt | | | Black pepper; freshly ground | | | Dill weed; crushed | | | Butter |

Instructions

at 375ΓΈ for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes or until
fish is flaky. To make sauce melt the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon
juice together. Serve sauce over warm fish. Yield: 4 servings.
