Baked Flounder Teriyaki Recipe

To make Baked Flounder Teriyaki you will need
Ingredients
| 6 | | Fish fillets | | 1/3 | cups | Apple juice | | 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | | 2 | tablespoons | Onions -- chopped | | 2 | teaspoons | Ginger | | 2 | teaspoons | Honey | | 1 | teaspoon | Olive oil | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Black pepper | | 2 | | Cloves garlic -- chopped | | | Fine |
Instructions
Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 pan lined with foil, with
cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over
fish. Cover with foil and refrigerate 1 hour. Bake covered for 15 to 20
minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
