Baked Fish with Bacon Stuffing Recipe

To make Baked Fish with Bacon Stuffing you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | cups | Soft bread crumbs | | 1 | tablespoon | Bacon drippings | | 1/4 | cups | Onion; finely chopped | | 1/4 | cups | Diced bacon; cooked | | 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | | 2 | tablespoons | Water | | | Seasonings | | 2 | pounds | Dressed fish | | | Soft butter or margarine | | | Lemon wedges |
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except fish, butter and lemon. Place
stuffing lightly in cavity of fish; do not skewer. Place in greased baking
pan; spread with butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until
fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.
