Baked Fish Portions Recipe

To make Baked Fish Portions you will need
Ingredients
| 25 | pounds | FISH FILLETS FLAT FZ | | 3 | pounds | BUTTER PRINT SURE | | 1/4 | cups | PAPRIKA GROUND | | PAN: | 18 | BY 24-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN |
Instructions
1. PLACE FISH IN WELL GREASED PANS.
2. BRUSH FISH WITH MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE; SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
3. BAKE 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.
NOTE: 1. IN STEP 1, PORTIONS SHOULD NOT TOUCH EACH OTHER WHILE BAKING.
NOTE: 2. IN STEP 1, DO NOT THAW FISH PORTIONS BEFORE BAKING.
