Baked Ducks in Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

 
 


To make Baked Ducks in Sweet and Sour Sauce you will need

Ingredients

2 Wild ducks
1 Orange [sliced]
1 Apple [sliced]
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1/4 cups Worchestershire sauce
3/4 cups Catsup
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cups Onion [grated]
1/2 teaspoons Paprika
1/4 cups White vinegar

Instructions

Rinse ducks and pat dry. Fill duck's cavities with the sliced fruit. rub
them with the oil and place them in a baking dish... 2) Combine the
remaining ingredients in a bowl mixing well and spoon over the ducks... 3)
Bake, tighly sealed with foil, in a 325ΓΈ oven for 2 hours or `til tender,
then bake uncovered `til browned...
