Baked Doves in Sherry Recipe

To make Baked Doves in Sherry you will need
Ingredients
| 12 | | Doves | | | Flour | | | Salt and pepper | | | Oil | | 2 | | Bunches shallots | | 12 | slices | Slices bacon | | 1 | cup | Sherry | | 2 | cans | (4-oz) sliced mushrooms |
Instructions
Salt and pepper doves; dredge with flour and brown in small amount of oil.
Place 3-4 shallots in chest cavity; wrap doves with bacon and secure with
toothpicks. Place in pan; add sherry and mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 30
minutes. Serve sauce in pan with doves.
