To make Baked Corn En Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | can | Creamed corn; No. 303 | | 1 | can | Whole kernel corn; No. 303 | | 1 | large | Onion; chopped | | 1 | medium | Bell pepper; chopped | | 2 | ounces | Pimiento; chopped | | 2/3 | cups | Milk | | 1 | | Egg; well beaten | | 1 | cup | Cracker crumbs | | 1 | cup | Cheese; grated | | 1/4 | cups | Butter or margarine; melted | | 2 | tablespoons | Sugar | | | Salt and pepper; to taste | | | Red pepper; to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
