To make Baked Chicken Coating you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Flour | | 1/2 | cups | Cornmeal | | 2 | tablespoons | Dry mustard | | 2 | tablespoons | Paprika | | 1 | tablespoon | Garlic powder | | 1 | tablespoon | Celery salt | | 1 | tablespoon | Pepper | | 1 | teaspoon | Ginger | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Tyme | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Oragano | | 1 | | Broiler chicken cut up |
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this
mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven 45-60
minutes.
