Baked Cheese Potatoes Recipe

To make Baked Cheese Potatoes you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | tablespoon | Salad oil | | 1 | | Clove garlic; split | | 4 | large | Potatoes; grated | | 2 | cups | Milk | | 2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1 | | Egg; lightly beaten | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Nutmeg | | 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
Instructions
Pour oil into a 2-quart baking dish and rub oil around dish with garlic.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into the baking dish. Bake at 325
degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
