Baked Celery Recipe

To make Baked Celery you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | cups | Celery, cut in 1/2" pcs. | | 1 | teaspoon | Tarragon | | 1/2 | cups | Heavy cream | | 1/2 | cups | White wine | | 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
Instructions
Melt butter or margarine and combine with all ingredients in buttered
casserole dish. Cover and bake for 325° oven for 45 min.
