Baked Catfish Dijon Recipe

To make Baked Catfish Dijon you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | pounds | Catfish fillets | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 3/4 | cups | Thin sliced onion | | 2 | tablespoons | Butter | | 1 | cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/4 | cups | Dijon mustard | | 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Tabasco | | 1/4 | cups | Chopped parsley |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange fish in shallow baking dish. Salt and pepper
liberally; cover with sliced onions and dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes or
until fish flakes easily. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and
tobasco. Pour over fish and broil 2 to 3 minutes until brown and bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
