Baked Bean Sausage Casserole Recipe

To make Baked Bean Sausage Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | package | (10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans | | 3 | cans | (1 Lb.) Baked Beans | | 2 | cans | (1 Lb.) Kidney Beans; drained | | 1 | pound | Pork Link Sausage | | 1/2 | pounds | Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2" cubes | | 1 | tablespoon | Salt | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Mustard | | 1/2 | tablespoons | Pepper | | 1 | can | (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce | | 1/2 | cups | Catsup | | 1/4 | cups | Brown Sugar | | 1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
Instructions
Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney
beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and
seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one
hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
Serves 25 at buffet.
