Baked Apples a Lorange Recipe

To make Baked Apples a Lorange you will need
Ingredients
| 6 | medium | Cooking apples | | 1/4 | cups | Unsweetened apple juice | | 1/4 | cups | ;water | | 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice | | 2 | | Whole cloves | | 1 | | (4-inch) stick cinnamon; broken in half | | 1/3 | cups | Reduced-calorie orange marmalade | | 6 | small | Gingersnap cookies; crushed |
Instructions
Core apples to within 1/2 inch from bottom; peel top third of each
apple. Place apples in a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish; add apple juiceand
next 4 ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30 minutes, basting often
with cooking liquid. Remove apples from oven; spoon equal amounts of
marmalade into center of each apple, and sprinkle with gingersnap crumbs.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until apples are done.
Yield: 6 servings. (127 calories per serving.)
