To make Bailey's New York Egg Cream you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | ounces | Bailey's Irish Cream | | 3 | ounces | Milk | | 1 1/2 | ounces | Chocolate or vanilla syrup | | 6 | ounces | Bottle seltzer water or club soda |
Instructions
In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well
blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy
head. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
