Bacon Mushroom and Swiss Meat Loaf Recipe

To make Bacon Mushroom and Swiss Meat Loaf you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Good quality ground beef | | 1/2 | pounds | Ground pork | | 1 | small | Onion; finely chopped | | 1 | | Egg | | 1/2 | cups | Corn flake crumbs; ( I used bread crumbs) | | 1/4 | cups | Milk | | 4 | ounces | Grated swiss cheese | | 1 | can | (4 Oz) mushrooms; drained | | 3 | slices | Bacon; chopped |
Instructions
In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a
baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
