To make Bacon and Water Chestnut Hors D Oeuvres you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | can | Water Chestnuts; drained | | 1/4 | cups | Soy sauce | | 2 | tablespoons | Sugar | | | Bacon strips; cut in thirds. |
Instructions
Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes. If chestnuts are too
large cut into bite-size pieces. Roll each in sugar, the wrap in a piece of
bacon. Place on slotted surface of broiler pan and bake at 400 degrees for
approximately 20 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
