Bacon and Tomato Dip Recipe

To make Bacon and Tomato Dip you will need
Ingredients
| 8 | slices | Bacon; cooked, crumbled | | 1 | | Tomato; peeled, chopped | | 8 | ounces | Cream cheese; cubed | | 1/4 | cups | Mayonnaise or salad dressing | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Dried whole basil | | 1 | | Loaf (1 lb.) round loaf bread; optional |
| | GARNISHES | | | | | Tomato rose | | | Fresh parsley sprigs |
Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process on
high speed 1 minute or until smooth. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve
with assorted crackers or toasted bread cubes. If desired, hollow out a
round loaf of bread, and place dip inside. Garnish, if desired
Yield: 1 3/4 cups
