Bacon and Pepper Sauce Recipe

To make Bacon and Pepper Sauce you will need
Ingredients
| 1/3 | pounds | Bacon | | 1 | | Green pepper diced | | 1 | | Red pepper diced | | 1 | | Onion chopped | | 2 | | Cloves garlic chopped | | 1/3 | | Stick butter | | 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil | | 10 | | Plum tomatoes chopped | | 1/4 | cups | White wine | | 1 | | Hot pepper halved and seeded | | | Salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion
and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15
min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
