Bacon and Cheese Waffles Recipe

To make Bacon and Cheese Waffles you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | | Egg | | 1 | cup | Milk | | 1 | cup | (8 oz.) sour cream | | 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine, melted | | 2 | cups | Pancake or biscuit/baking mix | | 6 | | To 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled | | 1 | cup | (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese |
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in
pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated
waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
Yield: 12 waffles (4 inch square)
