To make B-B-Q Meatballs and Smokies you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | pounds | Hamburger | | 5 | slices | Bread | | 1/2 | cups | Water | | 2 | teaspoons | Chives | | 1 | tablespoon | Salt | | | Pepper to taste | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Celery salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Italian seasoning | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Onion salt | | 6 | dashes | Worcestershire sauce | | 4 | dashes | Hot sauce | | 2 | | Eggs | | 1 1/2 | pounds | Cocktail smokies; (or more) |
| | B-B-Q SAUCE | | | | 16 | ounces | Tomato sauce | | 1/4 | cups | Butter | | 1 | medium | Onion; chopped | | 1/2 | cups | Brown sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Catsup | | 3 | teaspoons | B-b-q spice | | 5 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce | | 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar | | 10 | dashes | Hot sauce | | 2 | teaspoons | Liquid smoke | | 1 1/2 | cups | Chili sauce |
Instructions
Combine hamburger and the next 12 ingredients. Shape into small meatballs
and saute until done. Set aside
Combine Sauce ingredients and cook until thick.
