Aylesworth Cheese Recipe

To make Aylesworth Cheese you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Longhorn cheddar; grated | | 2 | small | Onions; grated | | 1 | cup | Or less stale beer | | 1/2 | cups | Catsup | | 3 | tablespoons | Worchestershire sauce | | 4 | | Shakes hot pepper sauce | | 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard | | | Black pepper to taste | | | Cayenne to taste | | | Some chopped parsley; up to 1/2 C |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, adding beer at the last. Let chill overnight. My
mother used to put it in little crocks and serve it with crackers and
crusty french bread.
