To make Avocado Orange Soup you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | large | Ripe avocados; pitted | | 1 | cup | Fresh orange juice | | 1 | cup | Plain yogurt | | 1/2 | teaspoons | TABASCO pepper sauce | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | | Orange slices |
Instructions
In food processor or blender, blend avocados and orange juice. Add yogurt,
TABASCO sauce and salt. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to
serve. Garnish with orange slices.
