Avocado Moulded Salad Recipe

To make Avocado Moulded Salad you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | package | Lime Gelatin Powder | | 1/2 | cups | Warm Water | | 1 | can | (1 Lb.) Crushed Pineapple; drain-reserve liquid | | 1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice | | 1/2 | cups | Mayonnaise | | 3/4 | cups | Whipped Cream | | 1/2 | cups | Avocado (Ripe & Soft); diced |
Instructions
Dissolve jello in water and stir in 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cool. When it
thickens, add pineapple. Salt and add lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise,
whipped cream and avocado. Mould.
