To make Avocado Ice Cream you will need
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cups | Orange juice | | 1/2 | cups | Lemon juice | | 1 | can | (14.5-oz) evaporated milk; well chilled | | 1 | cup | Mashed ripe avocados | | 1 1/2 | cups | Sugar |
Instructions
Mix juices. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume. Add
all ingredients; blend well. Freeze.
