Avocado Fish Kai Recipe

 
 


To make Avocado Fish Kai you will need

Ingredients

3 Ripe avocados
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Minced parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
4 teaspoons Minced onion
1/2 teaspoons Crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoons Thyme
1 Cleaned whole baked fish (5
Lb)
Parsley springs (for
Garnish)
Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash. Mix lemon juice,
parsley & seasonings. Spread over warm fish.
