Avgolemono Sauce Recipe

To make Avgolemono Sauce you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | | Eggs | | 1/4 | cups | Lemon juice | | 1 | cup | Warm chicken stock or bouillon |
Instructions
Beat eggs in top of a double boiler. Gradually blend in juice and stock.
Cook over hot water until thickened. Beat until foamy. Serve hot over
vegetables. Calories: 9 per Tablespoon. Yield: 2 cups.
