To make Autumn Corn Bake you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | packages | (10-oz) frozen corn; thawed, drained | | 1/2 | pounds | Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread; cubed | | 1/4 | cups | Cornmeal | | 1 | | Egg; beaten | | 2 | tablespoons | Parkay margarine; melted | | 2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped green pepper | | 1 | dash | Pepper |
Instructions
Combine ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes. 6 servings.
