Autumn Cheesecake Recipe

To make Autumn Cheesecake you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Graham cracker crumbs | | 3 | tablespoons | Sugar | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon | | 1/4 | cups | Margarine; melted | | 16 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened | | 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 2 | large | Eggs | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Vanilla | | 4 | cups | Thinly slied peeled apples | | 1/3 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon | | 1/4 | cups | Chopped pecans |
Instructions
Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch
springform pan. Bake at 350øF., 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and
sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer, until well blended. Add
eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla,
pour over crust. Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon. Spoon apple
mixture over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350øF., 1
hour and 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim
of pan. Chill.
