Asparagus Frittata Casserole Recipe

To make Asparagus Frittata Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | large | Eggs | | 1 1/2 | cups | 1% milk | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | | Box (10 oz) Birds Eye frozen | | | Deluxe Asparagus Spears; thawed | | 1/2 | cups | Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded |
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk and salt; blend
thoroughly. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 in. greased baking pan; add asparagus.
Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Makes 4
servings. Prep Time: 5-7 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes
