Asian Noodle Salad with Chiles and Peanuts Recipe

To make Asian Noodle Salad with Chiles and Peanuts you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Dried soba noodles or spaghetti | | 1/4 | cups | Oriental sesame oil | | 1/4 | cups | Soy sauce | | 2 | tablespoons | Sugar | | 1 1/2 | tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar | | 1 | cup | Cilantro; chopped | | 8 | | Green onions; thinly sliced | | 3 | | Jalapeno peppers; seeded and chopped | | 1 1/2 | cups | Dry roasted peanuts, lightly salted; chopped coarsely lightly salted; chopped coarsely lightly salted; chopped coarsely |
Instructions
Cook noodles or spaghetti until just tender. Drain. Rinse with cold water
until cool. Drain well. Transfer to large bowl. Combine sesame oil, soy
sauce, sugar, vinegar and salt in small bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add
to noodles. Add choppped cilantro, chiles, and onions. Mix well. Sprinkle
peanuts over individual salads.
