To make Artichoke with Butter you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | | Artichoke | | 1/4 | cups | Butter | | 1 | dash | Garlic salt or powder |
Instructions
wash and trim artichokes. put water in a pot large enough to cover the
artichokes. bring to a boil. turn down to a simmer. cook in simmering water
for 15 to 20 min. or until a pulled leaf comes loose . sauce: melt butter
and add a dash of garlic salt or powder.
