Artichokes a la Grecque recipe

To make Artichokes a la Grecque you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Water | | 1 | package | (10 oz.) of frozen artichokes | | 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | | 1/4 | cups | Olive oil | | 3 | | Peppercorns | | 1 | pinch | Thyme | | 1 | pinch | Fennel seed | | 1 | pinch | Coriander seed | | 1 | small | Bay leaf |
Instructions
1. In a large, heavy skillet, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5
minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer
for 20 minutes.
2. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 tbsp of this liquid.
