To make Artichoke Mushroom Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | | Jar plain artichoke hearts | | 1 | | Jar marinated artichoke hearts | | 1 | can | (6-oz) sliced mushrooms | | | Bread crumbs | | | Butter as needed |
Instructions
Cut up artichokes and mushrooms and marinate overnight in combined liquids
from artichokes and mushrooms. When ready to prepare, place a layer of
mixture in buttered casserole alternating with bread crumbs, ending with
bread crumbs topped with pats of butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40
minutes. Serves 4.
