To make Armenian Potato Salad you will need

| 4 | medium | White potatoes | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | tablespoon | Dried mint | | 1/2 | large | Purple onion; sliced | | 1/4 | cups | Salad oil | | 1/4 | cups | Fresh lemon juice |
