Arabian Squash Recipe

To make Arabian Squash you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | YELLOW SUMMER SQUASH -- | | | GRATED | | 1/4 | teaspoons | SALT | | 1/2 | cups | GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE | | 1/3 | cups | COTTAGE CHEESE | | 2 | | EGGS | | 1/3 | cups | DRY BREAD CRUMBS | | 1 | tablespoon | MINCED PARSLEY | | | PEPPER | | 2 | tablespoons | BUTTER -- MELTED | | 1/2 | | CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED | | 2 | tablespoons | GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE |
Instructions
Squeeze water out of squash. combine all ingredients except Parmesan and
place in 1qt casserole. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1
hour.
