Apricot or Peach Glaze Recipe

To make Apricot or Peach Glaze you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Apricots or peaches | | 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | | 2 | tablespoons | Salad oil | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Liquid smoke (optional) | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Finely chopped green onions |
Instructions
Puree fruits or place in electric blender until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients in saucepan and simmer 8 to 12 minutes. Makes about 1 1/3
cups. Baste on barbequing chicken, lamb or pork during last 20 minutes
cooking time.
