To make Apricot Chocolate Bread you will need
Ingredients
| 9 | ounces | Cut up dried apricots | | 3/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | cup | Milk | | 1/3 | cups | Veg. oil | | 2 | | Eggs | | 2 1/2 | cups | Flour | | 1/2 | cups | Cocoa | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1/2 | cups | Chopped pecans |
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the rest until just
moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 mins in a
pre-heated 350 degree oven. Cool for 10 mins. and remove from pan.
