To make Apple Streusel Coffee Cake you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Bisquick baking mix | | 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon; ground | | 2/3 | cups | Applesauce; sweetened | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 1/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | | Egg | | 1/4 | cups | Vegetable oil |
| | STREUSEL TOPPING | | | | 1/4 | cups | Bisquick baking mix | | 2 | teaspoons | Firm butter or margarine | | 1/4 | cups | Brown sugar; packed | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon | | 2 | teaspoons | Nuts; finely chopped |
Instructions
Grease round pan, 9". Mix all ingredients except Streusel Topping until
moistened. Spread batter in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake in a
preheated 400~ oven until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean, about 20-25 minutes. Serves warm. Streusel Topping: Mix all
ingredients until crumbly.
