Applesauce recipe

To make Applesauce you will need
Ingredients
| 4 | medium | Apples; pared,cored,sliced | | 1 | cup | Water | | 1/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1 | dash | Mace Smooth--- | | 4 | medium | Apples; pared,cored,quarterd | | 1/4 | cups | Water; to 1/2 cup | | 2 | | Sticks cinnamon | | 1/4 | cups | Sugar |
Instructions
Chunky: Combine water, sugar and mace; bring to a boil. Add apples; cover
and simmer until tender, about 8 minutes.
Smooth: Combine apples, water and cinnamon. Cover and simmer until very
tender, about 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon. Mash apples until smooth. Stir
in sugar.
