Applesauce Mint Nut Bread recipe

To make Applesauce Mint Nut Bread you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Unbleached flour | | 3/4 | cups | Brown sugar, firmly packed | | 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder | | 1 | teaspoon | Herb salt (optional) | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Nutmeg | | 1 | cup | Chopped nuts | | 1 | | Egg, beaten | | 1 | cup | Applesauce | | 1 | teaspoon | Dried mint OR | | 1/4 | cups | Chopped fresh mint | | 1/4 | cups | Oil |
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients and nuts together in a mixing bowl. Combine the
egg, applesauce, mint, and oil; add to the dry ingredients and stir until
just blended. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a 350
oven for about 50 minutes. Cool on a rack. When the bread is completely
cool, wrap in plastic or foil.
