Applesauce Date Nut Bread recipe

To make Applesauce Date Nut Bread you will need
Ingredients
| 2/3 | cups | Butter or margarine | | 1 1/4 | cups | Sugar | | 4 | | Eggs | | 1 1/2 | cups | Applesauce | | 1/2 | cups | Milk | | 4 | cups | Flour | | 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | tablespoon | Grated lemon rind | | 1 | cup | Chopped pecans | | 1/2 | cups | Chopped raisins | | 1/2 | cups | Chopped dates |
Instructions
Cream together butter & sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in
applesauce & milk. Combine dry ingredients; add to applesauce mixture & mix
well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3-inch loaf
pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool on rack for 10
minutes. Remove bread from pan & finish cooling on rack.
